Is there a vaccine waitlist?
- Big Sky Medical Center: There is no waitlist for COVID-19 vaccine appointments. They will continue to directly contact patients within the current phase when vaccines are available.
- Gallatin City-County Health Department: There is no waitlist for COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Sign-up for the Gallatin City-County Health Department text/email alerts and sign up for an appointment through them as they become available.
- Madison Valley Medical Center: If you reside in Madison County please call 406-682-4223 to be added to the Madison County waitlist.
What if I have a friend or family member who is not a patient of Big Sky Medical Center?
- If you have a family member or friend who is not a patient of BSMC, please have them sign-up for the Gallatin City-County Health Department text/email alerts and sign up for an appointment through them.
Gallatin City-County Health Department Clinics
On March 31, 2021, Gallatin City-County Health Department can now allow Gallatin County residents to sign up for a spot on a COVID-19 vaccine waiting list. They will no longer be providing online open sign-ups. This new process will be used to fill all the Gallatin City-County Health Department vaccine appointments starting on April 1.
Starting April 1, 2021, following State guidelines, Gallatin County will be expanding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to anyone 16 years or older, however, they will continue to provide dedicated access to people in Phase 1B+ and Phase 1A.

When: Sign up beginning Wednesday, March 31
Where: Healthy Gallatin website
How: Use the following steps to be placed on the waitlist:
-Follow the link to the waitlist form found on the Healthy Gallatin website.
-Fill out the form.
-When appointments are available, an email will be sent to the email address you included in your form. You will also receive an automated phone call reminding you to sign up for your appointment.
-If there is no contact and no appointment made after 48 hours, the appointment will be sent to the next person on the list.

Madison Valley Medical Center Clinic
Currently, Madison County is in Phase 1B+ of COVID-19 vaccine administration. Subject to vaccine availability, Madison Valley Medical Center (MVMC) will have 30 doses (per clinic) of COVID-19 vaccine to be administered locally.

Where: Summit Hotel Big Sky Resort – Big Sky, MT
How: If you reside in Madison County please call 406-682-4223 to be added to the waitlist. People in all Phases (1B, 1C, and 2) may call to be added to the waitlist, but doses are only currently available for those that meet the criteria of Phase 1B. Click here for more information. MVMC will contact prospective clinic patients directly to schedule an appointment.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CALLED FOR THE MVMC WAITLIST: MVMC requests that you call to request your vaccine dose be administered in Big Sky. If you don’t, you will be included on the Ennis clinic list.

- Gallatin City-County Health Department: There is no waitlist for COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Sign-up for the Gallatin City-County Health Department text/email alerts and sign up for an appointment as they become available.
When will I know if I have been selected for an appointment?
- In order to ensure doses are available, you may be contacted up to a few days prior to the clinic date. Please accommodate accordingly.
Where will eligible patients of the clinic receive 2nd doses?
- 2nd doses will be provided at the same location at Big Sky Resort.
How will I park at Big Sky Resort?
- Bell staff @ Summit Hotel will valet vehicles on the vaccine dates based upon your scheduled appointment time provided by MVMC.
What if I do not reside in Madison County?
- Please sign-up for the Gallatin City-County Health Department text/email alerts to be notified of Gallatin City-County Health Department Clinics (Bozeman based).
- If you are a patient of BSMC you will receive up-to-date information directly from their communications.
